1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Next Focus Coaching (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

Next Focus Coaching provides online coaching programs, educational content, and platform features related to career development and disciplined execution ("Coaching Services"). Coaching is educational and action-oriented.

3. Not Therapy, Not Professional Advice

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Important: If you need clinical or emergency help, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share login credentials.

5. Programs, Access, and Delivery

Program features may include videos, worksheets, lesson modules, coaching calls, and resume/LinkedIn reviews. We may update, improve, or reorganize content over time. Access is granted after successful payment and may require account registration. Coaching services are provided based on the specific program tier purchased.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our provider) to charge your selected payment method.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

General policy: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or lack of use.

Limited exceptions: We may provide a refund or credit at our discretion if:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase,
• You experience a verified technical issue that prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, or
• A refund is required by applicable law.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access during the dispute.

8. No Guarantees; Results Vary

We do not guarantee any specific outcome (including job offers, promotions, salary increases, admissions, or certifications). Results vary based on effort, timing, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

9. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform,
• Harass others or post unlawful content,
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

10. Your Content and Submissions

You may upload or submit documents, links, or text ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it only to provide Coaching Services and operate the platform (e.g., reviewing submissions, storing progress, providing feedback).

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you upload. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for coaching purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All Service content (videos, templates, text, graphics, and platform materials) is owned by Next Focus Coaching or properly licensed. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use during your enrollment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools

We may link to third-party resources (e.g., public datasets, articles, or tools). We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, abuse the platform, or disrupt other users. You may stop using the Service at any time, but termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund (see Section 7).

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Focus Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
